Final Proof Approved by the Customer

The company cannot be held responsible for spelling errors, color issues, Pantone code discrepancies or font choices if such errors were present on the final proof approved by the customer. The proof sent constitutes the final version, and the customer alone shall be held responsible for the end result once it has been approved.
For all sublimated products used outdoors, it is important to note that fading begins within the first few days (standard in the industry), although it generally does not become noticeable until several months later. Fading will occur more quickly for items that remain outside permanently than for those used occasionally. No warranty is offered on printed fabrics.
