PRICING POLICIES
Product prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right, at any time, to discontinue any product without prior notice.
In the event of a discrepancy between catalog prices and website prices, catalog prices shall prevail.
ORDERS
Our web platform allows existing clients who have requested and obtained access to place orders online. Orders may also be placed through your assigned account manager.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Our Limited Warranty applies only to merchandise purchased from Fabrik & Co.
The Limited Warranty covers any material or manufacturing defect under normal use during the applicable warranty period, calculated from the date of receipt of the merchandise. It applies to the following items:
Structures and hardware – indoor use – 1-year warranty
Structures and hardware – outdoor use – 3-month warranty*
Fabric – indoor use – 3-month warranty*
Fabric – outdoor use – 3-month warranty*
Beach flag poles – lifetime warranty
Fabrik & Co is responsible for repairing or replacing, at no charge, any defective parts or items that have been used and maintained under normal conditions during the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by adverse weather conditions, improper or abnormal use of the item, or defects not resulting from a manufacturing flaw.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
For any issue resulting from a lost, damaged, or delayed shipment beyond the normal delivery timeframe of one of our carriers, Fabrik & Co will handle the claim and the replacement of the product. Certain conditions apply.
If boxes and/or items are damaged during transit, photo evidence of each box and/or product must be provided within 10 days of receipt in order to receive compensation. Failure to do so will release Fabrik & Co from liability, as carriers have their own claim policies and deadlines.
PROCEDURE FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS UPON ARRIVAL
If a product is defective upon arrival, please contact us at info@fabrik-co.com within 30 days of the delivery date.
We will assist you through the return or replacement process. Photo evidence may be required in order to process your request.
PRODUCT USE
Products such as tents, flags, banners, and beach flags are designed for outdoor use, provided they are used in a logical and safe manner. In the event of severe weather or strong winds, the use of these items is strongly discouraged.
If the products are used under such conditions, Fabrik & Co disclaims all responsibility for the repair or replacement of the merchandise.
For all sublimated products used outdoors, please note that color fading begins within the first few days (industry standard), although it generally becomes noticeable only after several months. Fading will occur more quickly for items left outdoors permanently compared to those used occasionally. No warranty is offered on printed fabrics.
FINAL PROOF APPROVED BY THE CLIENT
Once the visual proof is approved, the order is immediately sent to production in order to meet delivery timelines. As such, orders cannot be cancelled after proof approval.
Except in the case of damage upon receipt or a discrepancy between the final approved proof and the delivered product, Fabrik & Co disclaims all responsibility for any inconsistencies observed upon delivery.
The company cannot be held responsible for spelling errors, color variations, Pantone codes, or font choices if such errors were present on the final proof approved by the client. The proof sent constitutes the final version, and the client assumes full responsibility once approval is given.

Any unauthorized use of our images or any other reproduction is illegal.
If you are a reseller and wish to use our images to promote our products, please submit a request for authorization.
